• I am new to ETM. How do I open an account?

  Please contact us, either via the website enquiry link or on 01691 828004 and request a New Account Pack.

• Is there a minimum initial order?

  Yes, but this varies depending on which ranges you are taking. Full details are set out in our Terms of Trade, a copy of which is included in our New Account Pack. (If you would just like a copy of our Terms of Trade leaflet please contact us via our website enquiry link or on 01691 828004)

• Is there a minimum repeat order?

  Yes, this is £50 plus a carriage charge of £6.95 or £17.95, depending on your location.

• Do you keep all of the items in stock?

  Our warehousing allows us to keep most items in stock for 12 months of the year. If we have to order from the manufacturers and this will take more than 24 hrs we will tell you this when you place your order.

• Is there an order value at which carriage is paid?

  Yes, that is either £250 or £500, depending on your location.

• How quickly do you dispatch orders?

  Because ETM is No. 1 for service, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hrs.
